The published example
Sunny Patel’s website packages list a five-page Starter build at £1,500 excluding VAT, with optional maintenance at £40 per month excluding VAT. Source checked 9 September 2026.
The Starter build includes twelve months of minor edits. The optional maintenance payment should not be treated as a requirement to receive those edits.
Different ways to buy
Our five-page offer has a £0 upfront build fee and a £29.99 monthly hosting and care subscription, with a twelve-month initial term: £359.88 minimum subscription total. The subscription continues to cover ongoing hosting and care after that term.

Domain and handover
New included domains remain registered to It’s Just Good Business until the initial twelve-month commitment and all outstanding balances are paid. Existing customer-owned domains remain theirs. Every website file handover or move away is chargeable, including after twelve months; the fee is confirmed before signup.
